Editor,Just to add that there’s no way the seismic results will determine how much oil we have. The quantity of oil can only be determined after wells have been drilled. The seismic results will, however, delimit the potential hydrocarbon zone but that won’t mean that there’s hydrocarbon. The only way to confirm existence will be to drill exploration well. I really did like the flow of his point of view! I think Rwanda and Africa, in general, should look hard at ways of moving literally from Aid relationship with the West or any other kind of super power for that matter! The result will never change.
