Dear Editor,Two months have passed now since the wedding of my children. I would like to thank all the people who helped us to make that wedding a success, but most specifically the people of Kigali Serena Hotel.Serena staff have been so cooperative and supportive to us throughout all wedding activities. I would like to give my special thanks to Charles Muia, the General Manager of Serena Kigali, for his support and encouragement, his staff Esther Mutesi, who helped us to coordinate all activities from the ballroom working with decorators and banquet, receiving all our calls without neglecting any alongside our wedding stresses!She is so wonderful. Felix Kivunjo, who helped us to prepare and decorate a delicious cake, as well as Shaffy Nizeyimana, a front desk staff who helped us throughout our stay in Serena. I can’t really mention all Serena staff but they were all so nice to us.I used to perceive Serena as a hotel for foreigners, wealthy people and government events only but with the support they have given me, I would advise those who are planning their weddings and other related events to feel free and approach Serena people, they care.Mzee Isdore Kayumba, Kigali
