Dear Editor,I would like to thank your paper for exposing the need for Rwandans to improve their customer care. As a visitor in this country, I completely agree with the writer of your article that ran on Wednesday this week. As a matter of fact, I have been up and around and the customer care in different service places is so damn slow. A few restaurants like Emarald located on your way to town from Kimironko, offer good services. However the rest, including some big hotels that are located in the heart of Kigali city, need to train their waiters/waitresses on the need to attend to people immediately as a way of widening the customer base.
