Editor, A few days ago, the Prime Minister, Pierre Damien Habumuremyi, launched a three-month customer care campaign that will cover both public and private sectors across the country. I strongly believe that the campaign will boost service delivery across the board.Over the years, I have personally noticed a marked improvement in customer care and service delivery in the country.Of course, there is still room for further improvement. Several institutions have definitely improved and already inculcating the right values and approach to customer care and service delivery. The government’s pro-active campaign will yield good dividends!Chris, Gasabo
