Editor,It’s very interesting to read in The New Times of Thursday, November 22, a story about former street hawkers. The story was titled ‘Former street vendors given tax breaks’.The news that at the beginning, the traders (former street hawkers) will not pay taxes so as to let them accumulate capital and save more with banks is good to these people and their families. I think the tax break is a big incentive, which inspire more other hawkers to quit the street. Thank you to the government.Murekezi, Kigali
