Editor,It is sad to hear what happened to this innocent young Rwandan woman, Natacha Butera (see story Rwanda student shot in the US. The NewTimes, November, 20). We thank God that she is still breathing. We pray that she wins the battle. But I do disagree with people who blame the law of owning weapons. I am so sure, the gun that was used is unlicensed. So, that has nothing to do with the law on guns.A crime is a crime.
