Yves Saint Laurent has passed on and for fashion lovers it would be ethical if you at least took a moment of silence to remember what this man has done for fashion. His heart for women is what has touched me most about Yves Saint Laurent. He is the one who noticed that women were dressing funny and especially at work, and this I believe is what made him introduce trouser suits. For adventure lovers and travelers, his contribution of introducing safari jackets is still felt everyday. People take these jackets to work and parties, meaning that most of them are very much in love with them. I have nothing to say about the sweaters because everyone wears them and this was his idea.
