Dear Editor, I have just completed my first degree in economics from Butare. But in the process of looking for a job, most employers just turn down my request demanding for a minimum of at least two years experience. Besides that all the job adverts have conditions most of which we, fresh graduates can meet but the issue of experience is too much for us (job seekers) to meet. Can the experienced Chief Executive Officers and Human Resource Managers of the leading companies in this country tell us how a fresh graduate acquires experience? Every company should have a program of training and developing the staff when they are employed. Nyamirambo
