Dear editor, The private transport company, Atraco, is realising the dream that one day Rwandans will be able to travel at any hour of the night. These days passengers can get a taxi home two hours to mid night; this is promising. But some lines don’t benefit from the trend. The big vehicles are also improving on the transport system. However, congestion at the stations in Kigali city is alarming. Many passengers have lost countless property while squeezing their way in to the taxis during evening rush hours.
