The Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) continued an upward trend as Bralirwa share hit a record high of Rwf527. The total turnover for the day was Rwf10,465,000 from 20,000 Bralirwa shares traded in two deals compared to last Friday’s trading session which recorded a turnover of Rwf24,903,600 from 118,400 BK shares and 18,200 Bralirwa shares traded in five deals.Bralirwa shares traded between Rwf 522 and Rwf 527 and closed at Rwf 527, registering an increase of Rwf 11 compared to last Friday’s closing price whereas BK counter was quiet and remained unchanged from last Friday’s closing price of Rwf 131. KCB and NMG shares last transacted at Rwf 154 and Rwf 1,200 respectively. At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 747,700 BK shares between Rwf 130 and Rwf 132 and no outstanding bids. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding bids of 76,400 shares between Rwf 476 and Rwf 522 and no outstanding offers.
