Enforcement of smart head covers commendable
Editor,This week, I realised that all Taxi-Motos were insisting to have all their passengers use ‘smart head covers’. This is fantastic. When I asked one of them why every ‘Taxi-Moto’ was now complying with the recent directive, he told me the fine one gives for not using smart head covers is heavy.
