Jean Claude Gasigwa has shifted focus to the third and final leg of the ITF/CAT Money Circuit set for May 28-June 1 at Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Tennis Club, Tanzania. Gasigwa won the second leg of the ITF/CAF Money circuit which climaxed on Sunday in Nairobi, Kenya. Speaking to Times Sport on Monday by phone from Nairobi, Gasigwa said, I am heading to Tanzania with confidence and my aim is to win that event too. I will still face the same players who I faced in Nairobi leg, so I don’t expect any surprises since I will be facing people that I know quite well, Rwanda second seed stressed. The Tanzania money circuit leg is set to be sponsored by Vodacom Tanzania and players will fall into one of six categories; Men’s Singles and Doubles, Ladies’ Singles and Doubles and a Veterans’ Singles and Mixed Doubles. KTanzania has confirmed players like Sebastian Mtupili, Roland Kupka, Omary Abdallah, Hassan Khassim and Waziri Rajabu Khalidi Ramadhan, George Rashidi, Francis Simon, Majaliwa Majuto, Rashidi Abdallah and Salehe Hamisi. Still other local men players expected to be participating are Salum Mvita, Karim Hamza, Saidi Abdallah, Godwin Mhina, Ismail Omary, Baraka Kyando, Brian Mallya, Loth Hema, Shabiri Ramzanali, Poniponi Abdallah, Nicholas Jonas, Lembris Jacob, Jonas Jacob and Swalehe Hussein. Local ladies expected to participate in the event are Patricia Papadimitriou, Mkunde Iddi, Vailet Peter, Susanne Seifert, Marilyn Blaeser, Sukaina Khimji, Zuhura Salum, Hadija Salehe, Zakia Salum, Inger Njau, Kathleen Charles, Suzanne Spierings and Terrie Emmanuel.
