Editor,I wish to say that Mr. Arthur Asiimwe made very good points in his article, “Has the Boston event become a nightmare for opposition groups?” (The New Times, September 20).The actions of the opposition groups can be summed up in this German proverb: “There is plenty of sound in an empty drum”. Those opposition groups have taken to the capitals of western countries beating the same old drum whose sound is fading.When the Rwandans in the Diaspora come together for a common good of our beloved Rwanda, the opposition groups spend sleepless nights agonizing, trying to figure out what they can do to counter the good message.As the Germans say, “Where God has temple, the devil has a chapel, and where the devil cannot come, he will send”.
