Editor, This is so great that Rwanda has continued to excel in beauty contests worldwide. Bravo to Rwanda’s representative at Miss Supranational, Sabrina Kubwimana, who was voted Miss Personality at the just-concluded beauty contest held in Warsaw, Poland.
