Penn Badgley is sending his congratulations to ex-girlfriend Blake Lively on her marriage to Ryan Reynolds.“I’m happy for her,” Badgley, 25, told Us Weekly exclusively at the Toronto International Film Festival on Monday. “Genuinely happy.”Multiples sources confirmed to Us that Lively, 25, and Reynolds, 35, tied the knot Sunday after one year of dating at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina -- the same place where The Notebook was filmed in 2004.Now dating Zoe Kravitz, Badgley himself has much to celebrate: he’s getting the best reviews of his career for his new role in Greetings from Tim Buckley, which premiered in Toronto on Sunday.
