President Kagame in Vietnam

HANOI - President Paul Kagame Friday arrived in Hanoi at the beginning of a three-day official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and was received by President Nguyen Minh Triet at an official welcoming ceremony at the Hanoi Presidential Palace.  During official talks that followed the welcome ceremony, the two Heads of State reiterated the strong ties of cooperation and friendship between Rwanda and Vietnam and expressed the need to further strengthen links.
