President Kagame woos Singaporean investors

LEE KUAN YEW SCHOOL - President Paul Kagame on the second day of an official visit to Singapore met with business leaders and delivered a lecture at the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. In a meeting with business leaders hosted by the Singapore Chamber of Commerce, the President spoke about the Government of Rwanda’s efforts to improve the business climate and encouraged them to seek opportunities that the country and the region offer.
