Editor, In the article under the heading “UK firm loses plastic bags deal in Rwanda, published in The NewT imes, August, 21, 2012, the first paragraph reads that “The Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) Monday said it had cancelled a business deal with a UK-based company to supply environmentally friendly plastic bags.”
