Africa describes a Geographical location not poverty
Editor, Yes, Rwanda is guilty of threatening to demonstrate to others around them that “African” is an adjective that merely describes geography and not something that places a certain limit on how much dignity you can make claim to, or how much poverty and backwardness you are meant to endure in perpetuity.
