NGOs must be checked
Editor, I wish to respond to a story that appeared in The Sunday Times of August 19, titled “NGOs under scrutiny over accountability”. It’s well known that some NGOs get funds from donors to help the poor but divert the money for their own enrichment. However, it is important to note that the majority of these NGOs do help Rwandans.
