The dream that Rwanda can become an educational hub in the region is getting closer and closer as some of the biggest universities in the United States open campuses in Kigali. First was Carnegie Mellon University, which offered a Masters Degree in IT and now Oklahoma Christian University, which will offer an MBA programme. We must ensure that we utilise these great resources that are within our grasp.
