Genocide architects deserve more than life imprisonment
Editor, From your newspaper, I learned that the prosecution at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) requested the judges to hand life imprisonment to former Rwandan planning minister, Augustine Ngirabatware, for his role in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
