Dear editor, A couple of months AGO, I visited the Rwandan Embassy in Uganda and I was fascinated by their hospitality. This is why I still salute them. The memories of the good services the people at the Embassy offered me are still fresh in my minds. I would love to keep this to my self, but through your paper allow me to put it to public notice. Whole heartedly I like to express my immense gratitude towards the staff of the Rwandan Embassy in Uganda. For sure, I liked the way you people welcomed me in your offices. You are really depicting a perfect picture of Rwanda as a nation. You are showing a high degree of intelligence in the services you’re offering to both Rwandans and non-Rwandans in the foreign land.
