US, Rwanda in culture exchange

Senate President Jean Damascene Ntawukuliryayo chats with students from California who paid a visit to parliament yesterday. They are in the country for a three-week visit under the summer youth peace and cultural education program organised by Afri-peace development foundation-USA, with the aim of promoting peace and cultural education between the California students and their Rwandan counterparts.  The New Times / John Mbanda.
