Editor, Last Sunday, an NTV investigation revealed a lot of evidence to prove that wanted Genocide suspect Felicien Kabuga could be still hiding in Kenya. But why can’t someone in the Kenya government do something to help bring Mr Genocide financier to justice? What does the Kenyan government gain in protecting him?
