When will the Congolese people attain peace?
Editor, I wish to respond to a story that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times indicating that foreign affairs ministers from at least 11 African countries were scheduled to meet in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, this week, to forge the way forward as tension between the Democratic Republic of Congo soldiers and M23 rebel group continues to escalate.
