A blessing in disguise
Editor, Allow me to comment on a story about the transfer to Mali of Théoneste Bagosora, a man widely believed to be the key architect of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, and others to serve their prison sentences. Bagosora is lucky that he will be serving his sentence while being pampered as UN prisoner.
