Tomorrow, two artistes will be evicted from the Primus Guma Guma SuperStar competition, as the eviction phase kicks off. For some months now, the 10 Primus Guma Guma SuperStar finalists demonstrated their singing prowess to multitudes of Rwandans in all parts of the country during the road shows phase.10 contestants including King James, Jay Polly, Riderman, Danny, Bull Dog, Just Family, Dream Boyz, Urban Boyz – and the two female artistes, Knowles and Young Grace, will be battling it out for the top prize of Rwf24 million.The by-invitation-only show will be aired live on Rwanda Television from 10p.m.Karaoke @ LemigoOne thing about Karaoke is that you do not actually have to be a good singer, or be blessed with a good voice in order to perform. The star will be celebrating his 50th brithday as well as 35 years in the music industry.The concert will take place at Car Wash (Kinamba), and various local and regional musicians are slated to perform.Top on the list of entertainers is Ugandan Jose Chameleon and Eddie Kenzo. They will be joined by their Rwandan counterparts; Intore Masamba, Knowles, King James, Christopher, Eric Senderi and Jay Polly.The concert starts at 5p.m. The entrance fee is Rwf2,000.Rally @ Rusasa-NyacyongaAfter tomorrow’s Umuganda (community service), all rally fans converge in Rusasa-Nyacyonga along the Kigali-Gatuna road to watch some of the renowned speed masters in action. This is the same stage that hosted last year’s KCB Rwanda Mountain Gorilla Rally.Expect a lot of fun. Jay Polly @ Sky HotelRwandan Hip-Hop artiste Jay Polly is scheduled to kick off his performances at Sky Hotel today. The star will perform alongside Neg-G, the General and Bruce Melody. The trio will be at Ambiance Club in Remera before heading to Top Chef Restaurant on Sunday. Entrance for all shows is Rwf1, 000.The Voice-Acapella Night @ Ishyo Art CentreGospel fans are in for a night of great music on Saturday.
