RWAMAGANA–Police in Rwamagana have arrested five people in connection with the murder of 26-year old Emmanuel Munyankindi whose body was found outside a drinking joint in Rwamagana town at 4:30 a.m, yesterday. Police suspect the deceased was strangled and investigations are ongoing to establish the motive of the murder. Mark Rushimisha, the Executive Secretary of Kigabiro Sector, said there was need to change ways in which bars were operating. He complained that most criminals took advantage of businesses operating in haphazard ways, to rob and injure people.“We have ordered the immediate closure of such bars until further notice...they are indeed the centres of all crimes. Illicit drug users, alcoholics and all sorts of evils can be traced in these bars,” he said.
