First Lady’s message was powerful
Editor, I wish to respond to a story that appeared in The Sunday Times under the title, “First Lady opens Cyanika Genocide memorial’’ . Allow me to send my congratulations through your newspaper to the First Lady for the initiative. The people of Rwanda deserve to live better lives after suffering that horrific experience of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
