Editor, This is with reference to the story titled, “Bid to sell Eurobonds in three years”, which was published in the Business Magazine of The New Times on Tuesday, this week. I find the idea great.I modestly think that we still need to improve on some basics, like power-generation, in order to attain a rating outlook making a commercial financing through EUR Bond viable. The improvement of the basics can be financed through the still- available non-commercial financing or a combination of both.Will
