Editor,I simply had to respond to your last week’s article, “Consultancy firms under scrutiny”. This is long overdue. Bravo to MIFOTRA!It is indeed frustrating for Rwanda’s highly qualified and experienced consultants to see prime jobs being taken by international consultants.
