Etoile de l’Est winger Jean Claude Harerimana Kamoso was pleased with his goal in the second division play-off win over Vision FC that saw his team move closer to a dream return to the Rwandan Premier League. It took the winger just ten minutes to open the scoring against Vision FC on Wednesday, May 10, as his side went on to beat the visitors 2-1. I am happy with my goal; it was a great game, Kamoso told Times Sport in an interview. The Ngoma-based club will face Gicumbi on Sunday and they now need just a single point to qualify to the topflight league. “We just have to quickly regroup and prepare for the game against Gicumbi. Even a draw would see us back to the Premier League. It has been good so far for us and this is the last hurdle, we will scale and be back to where we belong, he said. Kamoso joined Etoile from AS Muhanga in August 2021 and was among the club's best players in the Premier League netting four goals and providing six assists before they were relegated. He has been their star man leading them back to the Premier League with some breathtaking goals. Kamoso has scored twice in the promotion play-off games so far.
