Editor,Reference is made to an article in The New Times last week titled “Six arrested over series of robberies”Police arrested six people in Nyarugunga Sector, Kigali, in connection with a spate of robberies over the last couple of months.Well done the security forces because we believe this has been a collaborative effort and it is always hard to arrest these people. However, I have a concern with police because many burglars have been caught pants down in robbery activities but only to find them on the street again after just a few days. This has always given them the courage to repeat the same crimes.SethKigali
