Editor, This is with reference to Oscar Kimanuka’s opinion in The New Times of Saturday, April 28, in which he called for efforts to stop brain drain. I wish to bring a difference perspective to this debate. Africa earns a lot of money in remittances from people living in Diaspora. Some economies back home have really developed. People who always talk about brain drain never point out this advantage as well.Why aren`t you mentioning this as export of labour? International trade is in two forms – goods and services.
