Rayon Sports has confirmed that it will play two more international friendly games in preparation of the upcoming Rwanda Premier League. Rayon Sports will play against Ugandan top flight club URA FC (Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club) on September 2. “We are playing warm up matches as we prepare for the league. We are giving our best in everything we that are doing,” Rayon Sports head coach Christian Francis Haringingo said. Rayon Sports will also face Tanzanian side Singida Big Stars at Kigali Stadium on September 4, two days after playing against URA FC. “We are looking forward to the game against Mukura, URA and Singinda. We hope to get positive results to build on,” he added. Singida recently signed Rwandan veteran striker Meddie Kagere, from giants Simba FC. Rayon is expected to use the games to prepare for the new season. On day one of the season, Rayon beat Rutsiro FC 2-1.
