Dear editor, As the culture of oneness and love is steadily being cultivated into every Rwandan, they are supposed to exhibit the progress by taking each other as brothers or sisters genuinely. It is disappointing to note that, people who are faced with a scenario of public transport scarcity, more over in this season of un predictable rain, private car drivers just throw one glance at the devastated crowd of people waiting for taxis, and leave without at least taking one of them. Let us help our brothers and sisters, because I understand it is even one of the significant indicators of our culture, not mentioning it being a Devine calling. Nyabugogo
