Editor,The article titled “Reflections on the Genocide commemoration week” by Health minister Dr Agnes Binagwaho, which was published in The New Times issue of April, 16 was moving. I have liked it because it reminds me of the young man who testified in the Amahoro stadium during the launch of the Genocide commemoration week. On that day, I also liked what President Paul Kagame said when he told the country’s detractors and those bent on returning the country to its darkest days, that “they cannot” and they “will not” have any chance to avert our development trend. I wish each of us, in Rwanda, could share experiences during the commemoration week. GodfreyKigali
