Editor, Recently, the World Bank report, Doing Business in the East African Community 2012, released in the Burundian capital of Bujumbira, indicated that Rwanda had eased the procedures for starting a business.It said it takes two procedures and two days to start a business in Rwanda as opposed to an average of ten procedures in the other EAC partner states. As a matter of fact, it now takes just six hours to register a business with the Rwanda Development Board.To keep abreast with the fast moving and changing world, it is important to review and adapt procedures and policies.
