Editor,Diana Mpyisi’s article, “The Multilingual Geniuses of Rwanda” in The New Times, April, 11, makes a great read. It’s so educative and interesting. I work at the National Museums of Rwanda in Huye, where we receive people with diverse backgrounds, and who speak different languages. Yet we are supposed to give each of them good customer care.Whenever I work with people who can’t speak French and then visitors who speak French show up, I always called upon to come and attend to them. That thrills me. In short, language is a very essential tool in our everyday life and I would encourage everybody to learn as many as they can. Thank you, Diana... JackyKigali
