We all go to restaurants and other public places to heave meals. This is a result of many factors the most important one in recent times being the fact that we live in a fast paced work environment. This implies that many working class people now have most of their meals in public places rather than the privacy of their homes. And in most cases many public eateries offer “self service” or buffet. Peoples approach to food and entire eating habits and etiquette speak volumes about their character and hence their upbringing. Many times you will easily get surprised to see someone otherwise considered respectable in society by virtue of his responsibilities become a public embarrassment simply because of food. It is not uncommon for someone to heap a “mountain” of food on his plate with some of it falling off. In our main story we explore this habit and what it may mean to you. Also in this magazine we explore the life of young people who have just joined the ranks of the employed. We discover that several of them are not content with their incomes and some believe that the jobs they do, are beneath their competence in terms of their education attainments. Many young people just out of school should have the courage to take on any job that gives them an honest income. It is important to develop a work ethic that encourages hard work and also shuns the culture of entitlement. Ends
