A prominent Ugandan karate instructor, James Opiyo, arrived in Rwanda on Friday, April 28, to conduct a two-day training session in Kigali. The seminar was launched on Friday at Kigali Elite Sports Academy (KESA), in Kicukiro, Kigali. On Saturday, Opiyo and his trainees joined residents of Niboyi Sector, in the monthly community work (Umuganda) exercise where they braved the morning rain to clean the neighbourhood.
