Editor, IT’S encouraging to hear that about 232 cows were given to families in Nyaruguru District by authorities in the area, in conjunction with the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion, UN Women, AVEGA-Agahozo, and the Rwanda Women Parliamentary Forum (FFRP/RWPF) recently.
