Editor,I totally agree with Pan Butamire on the issue of “sense of urgency” which is always evoked by Rwanda’s top leadership.While I strongly believe this sense of urgency should continue to drive us, there’s need to have a sense of moderation as a well. We must avoid ever falling into the trap of chest thumping...self glory, as many within and without the region have fallen victim to this, looking at the few successes they’ve achieved here and there...let us continue with that sense of urgency to aim at the unfathomable feats of achievement.
