Editor,I loved Joseph Rwagatare’s piece “In Rwanda, it’s not all work – there is play, too”, published in your newspaper on March, 13,Everybody agrees that the Rwandan State has an enviable reputation and it functions efficiently and delivers public goods to its citizens.But the question is, when are we going to have the first world class movie theatre in Rwanda?
