When Dauman was asked at the meeting in New York if there were “any plans to develop an additional sequel”, he replied: “Oh yes.”Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol was a huge success at the box office, becoming Tom Cruise’s highest-grossing movie to date.Cruise himself stated that he would be interested in making a fifth film, as long as the project’s standards remained high.The actor’s co-star Jeremy Renner recently denied that he would take over as the franchise’s lead character in future films.
