Editor, In Africa, there is a general tendency for people to criticize others whenever anything goes wrong, yet they hardly appreciate when people do good thing.I want to break away from that. Please allow me to congratulate the Rwanda Demobilization and Reintegration Commission (RDRC) for the good website they have put up.The website is well arranged, easy to navigate, attractive and, above all,giving relevant information. It gives me hope that many institutions can make the most of the country’s investments in Information and Technology.Kudos to RDRC and I hope other public and private agencies will follow suit.
