Editor,A recent survey indicated that Rwanda was among the top ten users of Twitter in Africa.For some time now, I have been following Rwandan Tweeps and how they passionately tweet about the happenings in Rwanda.From news to events and individual stories, there are quite a number of Rwandans on Twitter, including ministers who ensure that whatever happens in Rwanda is communicated to the wider world.To me these are the unsung heroes. They keep Rwanda alive in the virtual world. Twitter has become a place to reckon with if you want to learn about Rwanda.Without mentioning names, I will say keep up the good job whoever tweets about Rwanda.
