I hate people who…
…drive smoky cars on the clean Kigali streets. It is a fact that Kigali has some of the cleanest streets you can find in East Africa. I therefore don’t see why you can fail to join me in hating the merciless people who go around driving cars that emit thick black smoke choking pedestrians like me and turning our skies black.
