Governance body moves to improve service delivery

The Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) has stepped up efforts to improve service delivery in both public and private sectors. The agency, established late last year, is moving to build stronger ties with various actors, especially through the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF), a platform that brings together government, development partners, civil society and the private sector.
